Our team brings together a wealth of experience, knowledge and enthusiasm for early years education.
We are committed to continuous professional development, regularly undertaking training to ensure our knowledge and practice reflect current early years guidance.
Safeguarding, children’s wellbeing and inclusive practice are at the heart of everything we do. Our staff work closely together to ensure that every child receives the care, encouragement and individual support they need to thrive.
Building Relationships
We believe that that strong, trusting relationships are the foundation of children’s learning and development.
All our staff are known to the children by their first names, helping to create a relaxed, friendly and family-like atmosphere.
Every child is allocated their own key person, who takes a special interest in their wellbeing, development and individual needs. Your child’s key person will work closely with you, sharing their achievements, celebrating milestones and keeping you informed about their learning and development through our online learning journey, Parent Zone. We recognise that parents and carers know their children best, and we value the important role you play in their early education.
Our team is always happy to listen, offer support and share information. By working together, we aim to give every child the happiest possible start to their learning journey.
